Located in the Valée de Joux in the Swiss Jura, just north of Geneva, the Musée Atelier represents a long history of artisanal watchmakers. Louis-Benjamin Audemars, Ami Lecoultre and Louis-Elysée Piguet all emerged from the valée to create some of the world’s most complex and highly finished mechanical movements.
The Musée Atelier promises to immerse visitors in the Audemars-Piguet watchmaking process, past, present and future. The building itself links the original house where Jules Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet started their business in the 1875 to the spirals that made their creativity famous.
