Earlier this year, former England and Barcelona football manager, Terry Venables boutique hotel in Spain was unveiled.
Just 35 minutes from Alicante a popular beach destination, the hotel – La Escondida, which he opened with his wife Yvette, is set in 500 acres of olive and almond groves and surrounded by a lush national park.
After 2 years of renovation the hotel, which was previously constructed as a hunting lodge in 1881, has ten luxury bedrooms, two lodge suites, and a wonderful restaurant headed by a Michelin-star trained chef.
The residence has been lovingly restored with many of it’s original features kept intact, like beautiful hand painted tiles, wooden beams and massive 100 year old stones.
