It’s that time of year again, when the days seem so much shorter and the nights a little bit cooler with summer but a distant memory. Thoughts now turn to those fun winter events and Christmas jovial festivities.
Well if you are visiting the capital and looking for a fun day out, a trip to the Natural History Museum Ice Rink is a must for anyone looking for a bit of adventure.
Situated over an area of over 1000m2 with a Café Bar that blasts loud music every Thursday and with a beautiful fairground carousel for the younger members, this enchanting setting is the place to experience.
For those a little unsure of their skating abilities and those that are a bit too old for the main rink, there is a smaller one where people can practice to find their skating balance. The rink is open most days except for Christmas and private functions.
